LEVEL II:(2 Staff Sessions + Email Support)
Do you need more than one monthly session to solve your staff/resident dementia challenges? Like DEBS LEVEL I, LEVEL II offers staff support with Alzheimer's/dementia expert Susan Scanland using teleconferences or webinars. Included is unlimited email support (encrypted, HIPAA compliant) with 48-hour response time for dementia behavioral staff questions occuring during that month; plus your choice of an additional hour 1:1 with Susan.
This time can be spent three ways:
1. A second hour each month strategizing resident dementia behavioral challenges
2. A power point presentation using webinar technology on the topic most important to the staff for that month
3. A family support teleconference for loved ones of the clients/residents at your facility/agency. They can participate from their home phone (if not computer-literate) or by computer.
LEVEL II services can be mixed and matched each month, based on staff/facility needs. One month can be a staff strategy session + power point; the next month can be a family caregiver teleconference + staff strategy; the third month can be a family caregiver conference + a power point program. Dementia Connection will custom tailor this package to your needs for that specific month. 3-month minimum agreement.
